Sometimes it is important to work on the creation of personal and social space. During challenging times when you don't
know what to do, you owe it to yourself and others to create some "elbow room" in which you can more easily manage
the pressures you are confronted with. With some additional space you can better "respond" rather than "react" to difficult
situations.
Practice making space. Give yourself some emotional room. Relax.
